Tallaght Swim Team (TST) is a competitive swimming club that train out of Tallaght Sports Complex. With over 30 years experience our Head Coach Paraic Kenny has brought swimmers from beginner to performance level and the team of coaches\n within Tallaght Swim Team are committed to advancing the talent within the swim team. At the end of 2022 season Paraic retired from Tallaght Swim Team and following in his footsteps are coaches that he has mentored down through the\n years but also those senior swimmers who have returned as Coaches.<\/p>\n

Our Membership includes swimmers of all levels. TST has members from all over Leinster including Blessington, Naas, and Newbridge. The club welcomes new members of all ages to join, develop and improve their swimming skills and when\n they are ready compete in competitions starting at club level. The squads range from the Transition \/Learning Class which is for swimmers moving up from Lessons to our A squad who compete at National and International Levels. <\/p>\n

Tallaght Swim Team are proud of our team ambassadors high performance Irish swimmers Brendan Hyland and Niamh Coyne who on regular occasions down through the years make an appearance at club events to speak to our junior swimmers on\n what it is like to live the dream.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Tallaght Swim Club had an amazing showing at the Irish National Age Group Championships in Limerick. Held at the University of Limerick over four days, the club\u2019s six swimmers, aged between 12-14, gave stellar performances.<\/p>\n

With all swimmers reaching the finals and securing three national titles, the competition was a huge success for Tallaght. In addition to the national titles, the team won several more medals and showed significant improvement and\n progression across the board.
